What is ONE Arena?
ONE Arena is a collectibles and games platform on Solana. Connect a compatible wallet to open graded-card packs, view supported cards in your Collection, enter Arena games, and use earned resources.
What am I paying for when I open a pack?
Each machine shows its current pack price, available cards, and value information. Before your wallet opens, review the final USDC amount in ONE Arena. Your wallet approval authorizes that specific transaction.
What is the difference between insured value and sellback value?
Insured value is a reference value, not cash you automatically receive. An early sellback value is an estimate. For a direct sellback, ONE Arena shows the exact USDC amount in the transaction before your wallet opens. For a match-won card, your wallet first returns the card to ONE Arena escrow; Collector Crypt then completes the sale, and the exact confirmed USDC appears afterward.
Where do the pack odds and values come from?
The Gacha screen shows the current machine and inventory data available to ONE Arena. Stock, card values, odds, and the card preview can change as inventory changes. Check the current pack details before every purchase.
Where do my cards go?
Supported cards associated with your connected wallet appear in Collection, including supported cards acquired outside ONE Arena. Public blockchain records and wallet ownership remain separate from your ONE Arena profile.
How do physical redemption, shipping, or marketplace sales work?
ONE Arena does not operate physical fulfillment or an external card marketplace. Users independently use Collector Crypt for available physical redemption and shipping, and compatible marketplaces for listing or buying. Those services set their own availability, fees, and terms.
Why does ONE Arena ask for wallet approvals?
Your wallet confirms purchases and protected game actions. Read every wallet prompt before approving it. ONE Arena never needs your seed phrase or private key.
What should I do if a purchase is interrupted?
Return with the same wallet and use the recovery or resume action shown in ONE Arena. Do not repeat a purchase just because a reveal was interrupted. If recovery does not resolve it, save the time and transaction signature, then contact Support.
Which games can I play?
The Games area shows the formats currently available to you, including Pack Royale and Arena Shootout. Free Play offers no-entry Pack Royale rounds for Points when available. Availability can change, and each game shows its entry rules and prizes before you join.
What are Points, Silver, and Essence?
Points track activity and leaderboard progress. Silver is a reward resource used in eligible Earn activities. Essence is used by the card-upgrade features currently shown to you. These resources are not USDC and each has its own rules and uses.
What is Plinko?
Plinko is an optional Silver rewards activity. It does not change pack odds, card ownership, or Arena play.
