Terms of Use

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use are the end user license agreement between you and One Arena, Inc. (“One Arena,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to One Arena websites, the Seeker application, games, pack-opening experiences, rewards, and related services that link to these terms.

By accessing or using One Arena, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions and legal notices may be sent to legal@onearena.xyz. Product and transaction support is available at support@onearena.xyz.

Eligibility and location

You must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be legally permitted to use every feature you select. One Arena is not offered in the European Union or anywhere its use, a particular transaction, randomized product, game, reward, or digital-asset activity is prohibited or requires authorization that has not been obtained.

You may not access or use One Arena while located in a member state of the European Union. “European Union” means its member states at the time of access. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you. One Arena may restrict or suspend access by person, wallet, feature, or region when reasonably necessary for law, safety, platform integrity, or third-party requirements.

Wallets, self-custody, and blockchain records

You use a compatible self-custody wallet to approve transactions and protected actions. One Arena does not receive or control your seed phrase or private key. You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, network fees, and actions approved through them.

Read every wallet request before approval. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be public and generally cannot be reversed, deleted, or changed by One Arena. Network congestion, wallet behavior, RPC providers, and third-party programs can delay or prevent confirmation.

Transactions, finality, and recovery

Before approving an action, review the displayed asset, amount, destination, instructions, entry requirements, and network fees. A submitted transaction can have an unknown outcome while the network or application reconciles it. Do not repeat a payment merely because confirmation is delayed.

Confirmed purchases, pack openings, game entries, transfers, and other completed blockchain actions are final except for a duplicate payment, failed delivery, an express recovery or refund mechanism, or a refund required by law. Where recovery is available, you must use the same wallet and follow the displayed recovery process. Contact Support with the transaction signature if recovery does not resolve the issue.

Randomized packs, cards, and values

A paid pack contains a randomized outcome. The available inventory, current price, published odds, card information, and value references are shown before purchase and may change between purchases as inventory changes. The card received may be worth less or more than the purchase price.

Insured value, market information, appraisal information, and estimated sellback value are references, not guarantees of liquidity, profit, redemption, or future value. Cards and digital assets are collectibles, not investments, and no outcome or value is guaranteed to increase.

Direct sellbacks display the applicable amount before wallet approval. Some match-won cards use a separate return and settlement flow involving One Arena escrow and Collector Crypt. The confirmed settlement amount controls over an earlier estimate.

Games and rewards

Each game or rewards flow displays its current rules, entry requirements, prizes, and settlement behavior. Points, Silver, Essence, promotional entitlements, and similar off-chain resources have no guaranteed cash value and may be subject to feature-specific rules, expiration, correction, or discontinuation.

One Arena may investigate, withhold, correct, or reverse off-chain rewards and restrict participation where reasonably necessary to address error, fraud, abuse, sanctions, manipulation, or unfair play. Final blockchain transfers remain subject to the controlling program and network state.

Third-party custody and services

Supported cards associated with your wallet may appear in One Arena. Collector Crypt independently provides available card inventory, custody, physical redemption, shipping, and related services under its own terms. Wallet applications, Solana, marketplaces, storage networks, data providers, and other linked services are also independent.

One Arena is not responsible for a third party’s availability, acts, omissions, fees, eligibility decisions, custody, fulfillment, content, security, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.

Profiles and user content

A profile name or other content you submit must be lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and appropriate. It must not impersonate another person, mislead users, expose private information, promote abuse, or violate these terms or the Solana Mobile Publisher Policy.

Public profile names can be reported from within the Seeker application. You may hide another player’s profile name on your device. After review, One Arena may replace a reported public name with a neutral wallet-tag label throughout Seeker. Name hiding changes presentation only and does not remove a wallet from matchmaking, games, transactions, rewards, or settlement.

You keep any rights you have in your content and grant One Arena a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and moderate it solely to operate, secure, improve, and promote One Arena. One Arena may hide, rename, reject, or remove content and may restrict the related account or wallet where reasonably necessary. Email support@onearena.xyz to dispute or appeal a profile-name moderation decision.

• Do not submit content that facilitates or promotes minors obtaining or consuming age-restricted products, illegal drugs or drug manufacturing, child exploitation, or any other unlawful activity.
• Do not submit hateful, threatening, pornographic, prostitution-related, gratuitously violent, self-harm, abusive, or dangerously false health content.
• Do not submit false election or government content, deceptive synthetic content, false endorsements, impersonation, or anything intended to confuse users about another person, brand, product, or service.
• Do not infringe another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not commit fraud, evade restrictions, exploit bugs, manipulate transactions, launder assets, or violate sanctions or other applicable law.
• Do not use bots, coordinated accounts, automation, collusion, false identities, or technical interference to gain an unfair advantage.
• Do not access another person’s wallet or account, probe protected systems, overload the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, or bypass security controls.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, misrepresent affiliation, harass another user, or submit unlawful, deceptive, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.

One Arena intellectual property

One Arena owns the One Arena name, logos, software, original audiovisual works, interface, documentation, and other original platform content, subject to third-party components and licenses. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose.

Trading-card artwork, card names, league and franchise marks, marketplace content, wallet marks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement except where One Arena expressly states an authorized relationship. Do not copy, extract, resell, or commercially reuse platform or third-party content without permission.

Solana Mobile dApp Store

The Solana Mobile dApp Store distributes the Seeker application but does not operate One Arena. Solana Mobile, Inc., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors (the “Solana Mobile Parties”) are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for One Arena, its content, transactions, support, warranties, privacy practices, or claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Solana Mobile Parties provide their distribution services “as is” and disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties relating to One Arena or its distribution, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Solana Mobile Parties will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, asset-value changes, wallet compromise, or third-party failures arising from One Arena or its distribution. Your remedy regarding One Arena is to stop using it. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. The Solana Mobile Parties are intended third-party beneficiaries of this section.

Availability, changes, and termination

One Arena and its dependencies may fail, pause, change, or discontinue. One Arena may modify features, inventory, rules, rewards, eligibility, supported assets, or these terms and may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address risk, or maintain the service.

You may stop using One Arena at any time. One Arena may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, suspected unlawful conduct, security risk, abuse, or discontinued service. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms, continue after termination.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Arena is provided “as is” and “as available.” One Arena disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and security. Mandatory consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Nothing in One Arena is financial, investment, tax, gambling, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for evaluating technical, legal, market, custody, and tax consequences before acting.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Arena and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, asset-value changes, wallet compromise, or third-party failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total liability arising from One Arena will not exceed the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid directly through One Arena during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One Arena, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates, and the Solana Mobile Parties from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, abuse of the service, or material breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes that cannot be resolved through Support must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

Changes, notices, and contact

One Arena may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice. Continuing to use the service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
