Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information ONE Arena uses to operate accounts, transactions, games, support, and service security.

Last updated August 12, 2026

Information we use

  • Wallet addresses, signatures used to verify control, profile details, preferences, and connected account identifiers.
  • Pack, card, game, reward, support, and transaction records needed to provide the service and reconcile activity.
  • Device, browser, diagnostics, security, and limited usage information used to operate and improve ONE Arena.
  • Information you choose to provide in support, feedback, creator, or promotional interactions.

How we use information

  • Provide profiles, collections, purchases, games, rewards, recovery, and support.
  • Verify transactions, prevent duplicate payments, investigate fraud or abuse, and protect platform integrity.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform rules.

Blockchain and public information

Wallet addresses and blockchain transactions can be public. Information written to Solana is maintained by the network and cannot be deleted or changed by ONE Arena. Avoid putting personal information in public transaction fields.

Service providers and independent services

ONE Arena may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, security, card, wallet, and support providers to operate the platform. They may process limited information for those services under their own terms and safeguards.

Collector Crypt and compatible marketplaces are independent services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them.

Storage, retention, and security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect service data. No online service or wallet system can guarantee absolute security.

Information is kept only as long as needed for service, recovery, security, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and purpose.

Your choices and requests

You can disconnect your wallet and change available settings at any time. Contact Support to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible off-chain information. We may need to verify wallet control and may retain information where required for security, transactions, or law.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Use the Support page for privacy questions or requests.
